Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your parcel has shipped.

All orders are shipped from Lake Orion, MI, and your delivery date is dependent upon the receiving address. Standard rate delivery estimates are provided at checkout. 

Shipping times are not guaranteed and can vary based on location, time of year, and weather. It’s All About the Party is not responsible for any delays due to the carrier.

CUSTOM PARTIES PROCESSING & SHIPPING: 

Due to the customization and crafting of CUSTOM order boxes and other items, processing and shipping will be longer than stated above. Processing will be based on product availability on top of the delivery estimates provided at checkout. Please make sure you order with enough time before your event. Please email us about rush orders before checking out.
